Lincoln Han - Will always be close at heart for Ashley Liew and I
Last year, on our way to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, we met a young Japanese lady who actually got down from the same bus that Ashley and I were taking. We thought that she knew where the Convention and Exhibition Centre was. Finally, we found out that she did not know the place just like us and she decided to ask us instead. Ashley and I felt it was about 1.5km to 2km away as we saw the place from far. She requested in a polite manner to bring us there.

How to study and train - Points from Ashley Liew (A Talk given before he did 2hr 35min 43sec in Gold Coast Marathon 2013)
Ashley Liew was training in Singapore and came in first in the Standard Chartered Marathon race in Year 2012. He managed his time very well before he did this feat.
Later on, he went on with his ambition to study in Sherman College so that he can do a doctorate in Chiropractic Studies. We were surprised to hear that he was interested in this area of studies.

I am writing this after the success of my own weight which went down from 73kg to 55kg in 1 1/2 years and over time coming in as the champion for the Standard Chartered Marathon 2008, at the age of 43 with a time of 2hr 49min.Also, after an advice, my friend Pramod Kukunur has lost from 80kg to 72kg within 3 months from mid January to mid- April 2010. Hence, he had initiated this blog so that I can help as many people as possible to reduce weight.

Jensen Toh, 30, joined Team Flexifitness about 4 months back. Since the day he joined our group, he was found to do the training and go back home on time to take good rest so that his work, training and family life is not affected.
Earlier on, he was doing 33min plus for the 8km run. Coach Rameshon told him to work on cutting down on his fats and also to change his strategy to train for running, swimming and biking.
